Treasury Management Sales Officer

Position Overview Treasury Management Salesperson Provide consultation and expertise to prospects and clients in Middle Market, Business Banking, and Specialty teams. Work closely with banking teams while adapting to new technology and digital product enhancements. Responsibilities Sell treasury solutions across the portfolio, focusing on prospective clients. Configure industry research, cost analysis, proposals, and lead client transitions. Manage RFP responses and develop customized presentations. Recommend treasury products and account structures for efficiency and security. Maintain product and portfolio knowledge; assist with complex customer service issues. Track sales pipeline and conduct revenue forecasting in CRM. Contribute to special projects such as product usage analysis and regulatory impact studies. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking with focus on treasury management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proven mandatory sales experience. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and build relationships with bank partners. Adaptability to technology changes and information systems. Discretion in handling sensitive customer information. Compensation and Benefits Estimated salary range: $67,000 – $80,000. Eligibility for annual bonus.
