Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Hands-on marketers will find a full-time opportunity as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing HubSpot and Salesforce lead flow, executing email nurture programs, and supporting demand generation efforts in a remote role with quarterly office visits in San Jose, CA. Key responsibilities Manage lead flow, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene within HubSpot and Salesforce Execute email nurture and re-engagement programs to enhance customer engagement Support ABM initiatives, campaign distribution, and funnel reporting to drive marketing effectiveness Required qualifications 3-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or EdTech is preferred Strong understanding of lead management and campaign execution Ability to work independently in a remote environment
