RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new customer relationships through proactive sales and marketing.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationships.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to uncover additional opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and agency sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Take ownership of your results and continuously work to improve performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Coachable and willing to learn and apply new sales techniques.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license (Has or is able to obtain before starting).
• Life and health insurance license (Has or is able to obtain before starting).

COMPENSATION:

Expected Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000+ per year Compensation includes a base salary plus commission , with additional earning potential based on individual sales performance.
Your income will grow with your results, giving motivated top performers the opportunity to earn at or above the expected range.
