The pay range for this position is $20.00–$26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• • Meet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding parts and accessories.
  • Pick, stage, ship, receive, and stock automotive parts and inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Pull parts according to customer, technician, or order requirements and stage them in the appropriate shipping lane.
  • Identify the correct pick location and sequence in accordance with each order.
  • Box and package outgoing orders securely to help prevent damage during shipping.
  • Receive incoming inventory and ensure parts are stocked in the correct locations.
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the appropriate pricing source and maintain current information in the computer system.
  • Inform customers of current parts and accessory specials and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, order, shipping, and receiving records.
  • Help maintain the professional appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the parts department and warehouse.
  • Work effectively with customers, technicians, service advisors, vendors, and other dealership personnel.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or department leadership.

Qualifications

• • One or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • One or more years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • CDK experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license in the state in which you will work and a good driving record.
