Audio Tech Sales Director 220K+ USD Annual

Job Description

After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Audio Tech Sales Director to join their team in APAC.
Define and execute regional sales strategies across APAC, aligning with global targets and driving revenue growth.
Lead and inspire the sales team and senior managers, fostering motivation and maximizing talent potential.
Represent the company at the executive level with clients, building and maintaining world-class customer relationships.
Monitor market trends and disruptive forces in the audio industry, using insights to guide strategy and talent development.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Provide training, mentorship, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with global headquarters.

Key Candidate Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Extensive experience in audio technology sales (consumer, professional, or enterprise), ideally within multinational environments.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of APAC market dynamics and audio industry trend
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are an advantage
