US/Canada HR Manager: Compliance, Benefits & Projects

MPS Group

A leading human resources firm based in Farmington Hills, MI is looking for a Human Resources Manager. This role includes managing employee relations, overseeing compliance with U.S. and Canadian laws, and administering retirement savings plans. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least five years of full HR Generalist experience. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management skills and knowledge of HRIS systems, with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
