Key Accountabilities Learns organizational processes and procedures Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records Works in a team environment, communicating as required with all personnel Assembles information in a timely and efficient manner Responds to telephone calls and emails Reconciles monthly invoices from related vendors and facilitates approval for payment Reviews and processes court orders requiring changes to benefit coverage Completes various administrative tasks within the Benefits Administrative system including the review of qualifying life events and coverage changes Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies This internship provides on-the-job training and experience for college students. Interns engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities to enable them to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform at a professional level.
