Lead Commercial Cleaning & Floor Care Technician
Elgin, IL Area
Approximately 30 hours per week
We're looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to support our janitorial teams during evening operations while performing specialized commercial floor care services during the day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys leading by example.
Experience with:
• Commercial carpet cleaning
• VCT floor stripping & waxing
• Tile & grout cleaning
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely maneuver commercial floor and carpet cleaning equipment.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
