KinderCare seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring for our early childhood education centers. In this role, you’ll post jobs, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication. You’ll maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and support background checks and onboarding tasks. Partnering with center leaders and HR, you’ll help ensure timely, high-quality hires that reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and nurturing care.
