This crucial role joins the operations team to ensure the smooth handling of financial processes, directly supporting the organization’s mission to deliver outstanding service and build lasting client relationships for members investing in real estate, private lending, precious metals, and other alternative assets. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person Chicago, IL Pay: $58000–$62000 yearly Team: Operations team Mission: This role ensures financial accuracy and smooth operational processes, directly contributing to outstanding client service and lasting relationships within a self-directed IRA environment. Tech Stack: Trust accounting software (a plus) What You’ll Actually Do Cash Management: Manage and oversee all cash management and banking operations. Account Reconciliation: Perform thorough and accurate reconciliation of various accounts. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve financial and operational problems effectively. Operational Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members on a variety of operational tasks. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, suitable for an entry-level or early career professional. Experience: At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience within financial services, with internships also being welcome.
