Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support eCommerce and digital retail initiatives across mobile applications (iOS/Android), mobile web, and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate will translate business and customer requirements into actionable user stories, collaborate with product owners and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvements in the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for sprint delivery.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and deliver business outcomes.

• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.

• Analyze customer behavior, digital analytics, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Understand API contracts, requests/responses, and microservices interactions.

• Evaluate business processes, workflows, and potential system enhancements.

• Communicate recommendations and facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8+ years of business analysis and/or product owner experience.

• Hands-on experience with eCommerce or digital retail platforms.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using ADO or JIRA.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce ordering workflows.

• B2C digital product experience.

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Medallia.

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Java, Visual Basic, or similar technologies.
