Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) Address: 4095 S. Redwood Rd. West Valley City, Utah 84123 About the Role This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and handling pawn agreements for items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. You will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting on the phone. Process sales, loans, and loan extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good multitasking ability. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer). Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (plus). Sales background (plus). Bilingual (plus).
