As a Maintenance Technician (Preferred Skills):

• Make-Ready/Turns: Prepare units for new residents like it's a grand reveal—cue the confetti!
• Electrical Repairs: Tame the electrical gremlins and keep our lighting bright and cheerful.
• Plumbing Work: Master the art of fixing pesky leaks and ensuring all sinks, showers, and toilets are working beautifully.
• Appliance Repairs: Troubleshoot and save the day when household appliances throw a tantrum.
• Drywall Repairs: Patch those walls and restore order in all corners of our community!
• Painting: Keep our colors popping and our vibe upbeat with fresh coats of paint.
• HVAC Certification: If you have it, fabulous! If not, we still want you—your personality matters most!

• A reliable set of tools (for our handy Maintenance Technicians).
