Business Development Representative

As a BDC REP at Nissan Newport News, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about our vehicles and services. You will play a crucial role in driving sales by managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective buyers. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and sales consultations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales progress. Provide customers with detailed information about Nissan vehicles, promotions, and financing options. Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple contacts simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive attitude and professional demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
