ECMA - Process Optimization Specialist

In this role, you will document, assess, and recommend improvements for current-state Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) workflows in an enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation to improve time-to-provisioning, reduce approval overhead, and streamline user experience. You will work across developers on the SailPoint team and customer stakeholders to understand current state and organize implementation of improvements. Key responsibilities Document and assess current-state business processes by reviewing existing documentation and interviewing team members/customer stakeholders Formulate improvement recommendations and organize their implementation with team leadership and personnel Requirements US Citizen (Dual Citizens accepted if they have an active clearance) Active Secret clearance required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience designing and supporting business processes with IT systems. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies tailored for IT/cybersecurity environments.
