Successful candidates will help CLEAResult expand outreach to the local community to raise awareness among students and interested job seekers to participate in utility sponsored Energy Efficiency Careers training. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, vocational/technical schools, high schools and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants. Prepare and present career day events, participate in job fairs, expos and community events to bring awareness and recruit participants. Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement. Promote our development programs, training paths and opportunities for employment. Support all social media and digital campaigns to bring awareness. Meet and exceed defined performance metrics. Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a hybrid role. Lead researching of the local workforce development market; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the utility program. Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager. Ensure continuous improvement of operations. Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… Bachelor's degree preferred 4-8 years’ experience in a career outreach role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel 50% within a defined territory, milage compensation Competency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint) Bi-Lingual a plus Experience with technical trades (HVAC/Electrician/Carpentry/Weatherization) a plus Targeting compensation… $80,000 - $85,000 DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $65,800.00 - $98,700.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
