Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, request necessary diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and address acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, collaborating with physicians or independently as credentialing allows.
• Provide education to patients and their families on preventive care, wellness strategies, and disease management.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice.

Essential Educational Qualifications

Mandatory Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii.
