Treasury Sales Officer II - Middle Market - Oil, Gas, Cattle

Role Overview The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) at Bank of America is responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Middle Market firms with corporate revenues of $100 million to $2 billion. The TSO partners with Relationship Bankers, GPS Product Specialists, and other teams to develop and deliver customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real‑time payments adoption. Manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client‑centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning. Account for revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and client‑facing treasury presentations. Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on client‑focused cost/benefit analysis and bank‑focused profitability analysis. Maintain strong client focus while understanding operational aspects of the bank. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and year‑over‑year growth. Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts and collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs and deliver solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Treasury Sales Officer experience. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Successful track record in treasury management sales. Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services, and trends. Proven business development and relationship‑management skills with complex clients. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proven negotiation and active listening skills. Strong executive presence. Strategic thinking, problem‑resolution, and critical analysis skills. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to maneuver through the enterprise, engage partners, and elevate issues as needed. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Team player capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Skills B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or related undergraduate degree. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent MBA. Intrinsic motivation for collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Work Schedule Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40. Compensation Annualized salary range: $133,200.00 – $235,000.00, based on experience, education, and skills. Eligible for discretionary incentive award as part of the annual discretionary plan.
