Assistant Manager, Product - Wynn

The Assistant Manager, Product at CHANEL Wynn is a retail leadership role responsible for driving the business of assigned product category and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role coaches and manages a team of sales associates, partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment planning and reporting, and ensures boutique image and operational standards. The position requires in-store presence and a focus on training, development, and community representation. Responsibilities Coach, motivate, and develop sales team through ongoing training and feedback Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning Lead selling floor activity to ensure elevated client experiences and sales performance Partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to execute business strategy Represent the brand in the market and grow the client base through community and partnership engagement Maintain boutique image, operational standards, and merchandising excellence Requirements Minimum 3 years of related retail or boutique management experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills and passion for client experience Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment Foreign language skills preferred; passion for CHANEL and its products #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
