ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in April 2017 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an appreciation for the importance of building a strong team. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids who stay busy with football, basketball, and rugby. I enjoy staying active myself through endurance riding, mountain biking, cross country, and boating. Being involved in our community is important to me. I serve as an assistant coach, stay active with local youth sports, and am involved with the Rotary Club. Supporting local families and giving back are values that carry into how we operate our agency. Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), life insurance, a hiring bonus, and plenty of flexibility to support work-life balance. I believe in taking care of my team and creating an environment where people feel valued while also having the opportunity to perform, grow, and earn. As a Customer Service Representative with Andres Ordaz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS
