Role Description This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Morehead City, NC with opportunities in Hubert, NC and Bayboro, NC. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee ABA programs across a range of ages and support needs. Daily tasks include supervising behavior technicians, modeling interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and clinical judgment. The role also involves providing parent and caregiver training, collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. The BCBA is expected to support a positive, inclusive environment that prioritizes client dignity and family involvement. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions. Experience in Parent Education and caregiver training, including coaching families to generalize skills and strategies at home and in the community. Current BCBA certification, NC LBA, and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field). Previous clinical experience working with autistic individuals or those with developmental differences. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and colleagues. Ability to work on-site in Morehead City, Hubert, or Bayboro, including reliable transportation and adherence to organizational policies and schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
