Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique risks and goals. Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely, ensuring clients understand their coverage. Sell a range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and financial services. Process applications, policies, and claims efficiently and accurately. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Requirements Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Active Illinois Life & Health Insurance License (Required) Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
