Compensation and Benefits We invest in professional growth at every career stage. Full-time base salary range : $115-145k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace. Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $175k Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) Eligible for veterinary licensure in West Virginia Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in collaborative, relationship-based medicine Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
