Registered Nurse

Company Description Wellspring, part of Evergreen and Wellspring Retirement Community, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical support and care for our residents. This role emphasizes a mission of HEART (Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, Teamwork) and involves daily clinical operations to meet resident needs. Job Description Responsible for medication supervision/administration in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long‑term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director of Nursing. May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as indicated. Provide general consultation regarding health‑related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provide proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information. Understand role in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Qualifications Level of Formal Education: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or two years related experience and/or training equivalent. Area of Study: Nursing Years of Experience: 1+ years Type of Experience: Skilled, sub‑acute, or memory care setting Special Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license with no judgments against it, CPR certified. Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English to perform job duties and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties. Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills. Skills and Ability: Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
