Manufacturing Engineer

Moveras, LLC is dynamic automotive transmission remanufacturing company seeking a proven Manufacturing Engineer to expand its multidisciplinary engineering team in its headquarters in Salem, NH. In this role, you will be working in a team of engineers, to support the manufacturing floor, drive quality and standardize processes.Responsibilities:Analyze and report on manufacturing and engineering dataDrive quality, flow, and cost improvements in manufacturingAudit internal processes and execute resolutions based on resultsManage projects from conception through completionUtilize problem solving tools in driving corrective actionsLead/participate/support improvement projectsImprove efficiency and reduce wasteLead the standardization and documentation processes across multiple departments/job functionsDesign tools and fixturesDesign, implement, and improve manufacturing cellsSkills/Experience:BS in Engineering (Mechanical or similar discipline)3-7 years of experience in manufacturing roleSelf-motivated, independent leader with ability to lead changeDemonstrated ability to work under tight schedule constraints while maintaining high quality and balancing multiple projectsAbility to conclude on technical issues and provide feedback for decisive actionProven project leadership skillsExcellent presentation skills, with ability to interact with cross functional teams and executive managementProficiency in Microsoft Office, 2D CAD and 3D CAD software (i.e. SolidWorks)Skills/Experience:BS in Engineering (Mechanical or similar discipline)3-7 years of experience in manufacturing roleSelf-motivated, independent leader with ability to lead changeDemonstrated ability to work under tight schedule constraints while maintaining high quality and balancing multiple projectsAbility to conclude on technical issues and provide feedback for decisive actionProven project leadership skillsExcellent presentation skills, with ability to interact with cross functional teams and executive managementProficiency in Microsoft Office, 2D CAD and 3D CAD software (i.e. SolidWorks)Location:Salem, NH with up to 10% travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
