Call Center AgentSouthern National Roofing is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Call Center Agent to join our team. Our professional roofing company focuses on energy-efficient residential roofing replacement, specializing in products and installation methods that cater to the unique climate and building challenges in the southeastern United States. We are certified to install most roofing brands, including North America's top-selling Timberline® roofing shingles by GAF.As an integral part of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients — and directly contributing to the growth of our business.This is a full-time W-2 inside sales position where your performance directly impacts what you earn and how quickly you advance. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners and prospects — fielding inbound calls, following up with our database, and generating qualified appointments for our outside sales team.You are building relationships.You are creating qualified opportunities.Responsibilities include:Field inbound calls from our field marketing team as well as clients and prospective clients to schedule appointmentsDaily telephone outreach to our database of customers and prospectsPromote our eco-friendly roofing products and services to prospective and existing clientsGenerate qualified appointments for our outside sales divisionParticipate in ongoing department meetings and training sessionsCompensation includes:W-2 full-time positionHourly pay + commission + performance bonusesFirst-year team members earn $35,000–$60,000Earnings vary based on performance and consistencySchedule includes:Full-time, on-site role40 hours per week, morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, weekend availability requiredNo overnight travel required
