Responsibilities

• Create advanced SQL queries and perform ad-hoc and exploratory data analysis.
• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data.
• Compile and analyze data related to business issues.
• Translate analytical insights into reports.
• Create data visualizations using various BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Excel.
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complex data in a straightforward fashion.
• Develop and update dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Define data sets needed for specific use cases and identify data gaps.
• Adapt to changing business needs as the company evolves.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (STEM major preferred but not required).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
• Flexibility to handle directional changes and shifting priorities to ensure project success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the company.
• Great attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
