The office is staffed by a 9‑person team and benefits from a highly trained on‑site team and a national network of experts. We provide 1:1 mentorship and full support to deliver exceptional patient care. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, as required Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, medical history documentation, and CPR certification Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning, grow clinical skills, and provide preventive care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Willingness to assist with clinical needs as required by the office Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform duties Health & Safety Requirements A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, completed prior to starting employment Standard requirement for dental office roles; not applicable in Florida and Tennessee EEO Statement At Heartland Dental, we’re committed to living our core values which promote diversity and inclusion.
