Cash Management SpecialistFirst Western Bank & Trust is searching for an on-site Cash Management Specialist at our Minot Main Bank.Cash Management Specialist Benefits Include:Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and HolidaysHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k with matching contributionsVolunteer Paid Time OffBanking BenefitsAnd more!Cash Management Specialist Position Overview:Direct and assist customers with online banking products and services in support of First Western Bank & Trust's sales and service objectives while adhering to the bank's culture of excellence in customer service to its patrons.Establish solid customer relationships through identifying needs, providing creative and best solutions for customers, and using cross-sell and referral opportunitiesProvide support to customers and bank staff regarding electronic products and servicesEstablish online customer accounts including entering data, assigning access permissions and performing account verificationEnsure timely response and resolution of customer questions and issues in a timely, professional manner via telephone, email or in-personPerform maintenance to existing online accounts, re-setting passwords and making account changes as requestedMeet with business customers to provide information on Cash Management servicesAdd, monitor and support Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture customersDetermine exposure limits and assign risk ratings for Cash Management ACH customersAssist with RSA token activation, lost tokens and customer contact regarding tokensEnsure customer compliance with online policies and proceduresPerforms daily reviews and monitoring of selected reports, logs and transaction data to verify transactions, track trends and detect/report unusual or suspicious activityEnsure compliance with banking laws, regulations and the Bank's policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy ActMaintain continuing education related to regulatory standardsCash Management Specialist Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field; or equivalent work experienceMinimum two years banking experienceExperience with online computer applicationsCash Management Skills/Abilities:Customer Service/People skillsMulti-taskAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsListening skillsIntegrityConfidentialityComputer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and banking software, to include proficient keyboardingProficient spoken and written English language skillsFirst Western Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
