Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Compensation and Benefits Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives. Comprehensive 10‑week training program. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation.
