Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Castle Hayne, NC, 28429 Requisition Number: 227224 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor role in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working safely and professionally. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills/Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. All successful candidates will also possess: Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work within a team environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
