They assess oral health, recommend appropriate care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology and structured onboarding. Key Responsibilities Partner with the dentist to develop and implement personalized care plans. Utilize digital tools for assessments, patient communication, and case acceptance. Manage schedules and supplies independently to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing education and training through in-house programs and CE opportunities. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the practice state. Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.
