Communication, teamwork, and respect are at the core of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive hygiene care, including assessments, cleanings, and patient educationConduct patient screenings, including: Review of medical and dental historyOral cancer screeningsHead and neck inspectionsDental chartingBlood pressure and pulse readingsTake digital radiographsPerform dental prophylaxis using Cavitron / Prophy JetApply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorideComplete perio charting and treatment documentationMake impressions for study models as neededEducate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and home careMaintain a clean, sterile work environment following infection control protocolsFollow all practice protocols, including infection control, biohazards, emergency treatment, implants, and perio programsStock supplies, maintain equipment, and support the recall systemBuild strong, trusting relationships with patientsDemonstrate professionalism and positive leadership within the teamQualificationsLicensed Dental HygienistStrong clinical and communication skillsComfortable with computer systems and digital chartingTeam-oriented, reliable, and patient-focusedScheduleMonday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMWednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PMThursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1X Month) If a Saturday is worked, one weekday off will be provided that same week
