Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Manager in overall operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
