Position Overview

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you'll meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to discuss available benefits and coverage options.

You'll learn about each client's needs, explain available solutions, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing service throughout the client relationship.

This is a  client-facing insurance role with a sales component , making it a strong fit for professionals who enjoy helping people while being motivated by performance-based opportunities.

What You'll Do

Client Support & Benefits Education

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Learn about individual and family protection needs
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Answer questions regarding coverage options and policy features
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation
• Provide ongoing policy and client support

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Maintain consistent communication before and after enrollment
• Assist clients with policy reviews and service questions
• Help with beneficiary and policy information updates when applicable
• Provide timely follow-up
