Fiber Optic Installer– New Albany, OH

• Pay: $25/hour
  
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10-hour shifts

About the Role

E2 Optics is seeking dependable and motivated Installers to join our team in New Albany, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attendance record, and bring a positive attitude to the job.

Prior labor experience in construction, warehouse, installation, or a similar hands-on environment is highly preferred. Candidates with stable work history and good tenure in previous roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installation and labor tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Consistently report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Follow instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently
• Perform physically demanding tasks as required by the position

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Must be able to pass an Accurate Background Check
• Prior construction, warehouse, installation, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment
