Warehouse LeadThe Warehouse Lead supports daily outbound warehouse operations by stepping into replenishment, picking, wrapping, staging, and shipping duties as needed to keep the shift running smoothly. As a company dedicated to innovative solutions that harmonize nature with science, we are committed to making a positive impact.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lead and support daily outbound warehouse operations, stepping into replenishment, picking, wrapping, staging, or shipping duties as needed to keep the shift runningOperate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentAssign tasks to warehouse associates and adjust coverage throughout the shift to meet operational prioritiesMaintain inventory accuracy, identifying and reporting discrepancies to the Senior Outbound SupervisorMonitor shift productivity and quality, addressing issues in real timeFollow all safety policies and procedures and promote safe work practices among the team, consistent with the expectation that safety is every employee's responsibilityReport safety hazards, incidents, or near misses to the Senior Outbound SupervisorTrain warehouse associates on procedures and equipment operationFill in for the Senior Outbound Supervisor on routine matters during their absence, as neededMinimum Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentExperience:Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or distribution center experienceExperience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentSkills/Abilities:Valid forklift certification requiredAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to step into multiple roles across outbound operations as neededStrong verbal communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodationFrequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksAbility to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodationCompensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary, bonus incentives, and comprehensive benefits package including Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, 401K + Match, Paid Time Off and 14+ Paid Holidays.
