About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer to spearhead the transformation of its philanthropic strategy and revenue model. This executive will be instrumental in translating the organization's mission into compelling investment opportunities, with a focus on growing philanthropic support from foundations, corporations, and individual donors. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, capable of cultivating strong donor relationships and leading a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred, and a deep passion for volunteering, civic engagement, equity, and social progress. The Chief Development Officer will also be responsible for financial management, operations, and collaboration, and must be proficient in workplace and resource development technology applications.
