The CCO ensures high‑quality, person‑centered, integrated culturally responsive care across all behavioral health and medical programs, and works in close partnership with the Chief Medical Officer. The COO reports to the President and CEO. This role drives care delivery, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and workforce development while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and whole‑person care.Leadership Develop and execute the clinical vision aligned with Terros Health’s mission, values, and strategic plan and in close collaboration with the policy and programmatic governance of the CMO and Quality department Design and lead initiatives that improve access, outcomes, and patient experience Partner with the executive team to align clinical operations with organizational priorities and financial sustainability. Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, MD/DO, RN) strongly preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership in behavioral health, integrated care, or community health. Demonstrated success leading multi‑site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams. Deep knowledge of AHCCCS, CMS, Medicaid managed care, HRSA/FQHC Operations, behavioral health regulations, and value‑based care. Proven ability to lead change, improve outcomes, create relationships and build high‑performing teams. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role. Must pass a Drug Screen, TB Test and Background Check.
