About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join its nationally recognized pediatric healthcare system. The CNO will be a dynamic, transformational leader responsible for elevating nursing across the entire system, with a focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and nursing workforce stability. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of nursing excellence and innovation, particularly as the organization is on a journey to achieve Magnet® Accreditation. The ideal candidate will be a highly engaging, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented leader, with a proven track record in achieving positive outcomes in complex and dynamic environments. They must be passionate about and committed to the highest quality of care for children and their families, and able to balance strategy and innovation with stability and structure in a service-oriented manner. The successful CNO will be a contemporary leader who can build a high-performing culture of leaders that aligns with the system's strategic goals and embodies the empathetic culture of a pediatric healthcare institution.
