Columbus Property Management, exclusive manager of The Moinian Group’s luxury residential portfolio, is seeking a high-caliber Associate to join the on‑site team at a premier Manhattan asset. This role is best suited for a polished, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities Drive day‑to‑day property operations and ensure seamless service execution. Serve as a primary resident contact, delivering clear, confident, and solutions‑oriented communication. Support day‑to‑day property operations and processes move‑ins/outs, and system accuracy in Yardi. Partner cross‑functionally with leasing, vendors, and management to uphold operational standards. Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, billing, and compliance tracking. Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in luxury or new development property management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal presence. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Proactive self‑starter with strong ownership and follow‑through. Confident, professional, and motivated to grow within a top‑tier organization. Yardi experience preferred, familiarity with rent stabilization a plus.
