Company DescriptionResidential and Corporate Real Estate Property Management Job DescriptionAssist in creating monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packagesAssist in compiling consolidated annual budgets (develop templates, assumptions, analyses and reports), forecasts (templates and set frequency and levels of detail), and performance management (development of key performance indicators, setting of target, and analysis/reporting)Create monthly cash flow projections for the consolidated corporate and emerging markets portfolioAssist in the development of portfolio level financial models, reports, graphs, metrics and other analysisPrepare actual versus budget variance analysisMaintain relationships with internal and external customersPrepare ad-hoc analysisQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate Finance and or/AccountingAdvanced Excel UserUndergraduate degree required; Advanced Degree, CFA and/or MBA, a plusAdditional Information$70K - $110K plus bonus, View email address on click.appcast.io: Full-timeFunction: FinanceExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Commercial Real Estate
