Classification: Direct Hire

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to support large-scale aerospace projects. This is a key role responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates and leading bid efforts for complex, multi-system programs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to support large-scale aerospace projects. This is a key role responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates and leading bid efforts for complex, multi-system programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed, road-based cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
- Lead estimating efforts for large, complex aerospace projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, procurement teams, and subcontractors
- Perform risk assessments and ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the bidding process
- Mentor junior estimators and support team development
- Experience estimating within aerospace or complex manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of cost structures, project planning, and bid strategies
- Proficiency with CAD systems, including Catia V5
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Commitment to quality and safety standards
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move as needed
