Brand Manager Nail Care

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who wants to build not just maintain. Someone who sees products on shelf and thinks: “This could be better” and then does something about it. You will help shape what we launch, how it shows up, and why it matters. From early ideas to in-store execution, this role plays a key role in shaping the brand experience from concept through launch.

Shape What Comes Next

· Help define what we bring to market, from early ideas through launch

· Turn trends, insights, and instincts into real brand opportunities

· Develop product positioning, naming, and claims that feel fresh, relevant, and ownable

· Spot white space and push the brand into it

Launch With Impact

· Lead go-to-market plans across retail, digital and social 

· Build stories and campaigns that people can connect with

· Partner with creative on packaging direction, visuals, and messaging

· Own timelines and keep projects moving forward

· Communicate clearly so everyone stays aligned and energized

Who You Are

· You have 3-5 years of experience in beauty (nails is a big plus) in brand or product marketing

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/ year
