BUSSER (SEASONAL)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for seasonal Busser positions at Mazzone in Saratoga Springs, NY (Heritage – 458 Union Avenue). The role involves setting and clearing tables, stocking supply stations, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness during busy dining periods. No previous experience is required; training will be provided. Schedule & Pay Seasonal schedule, Monday through Sunday; availability on weekends and holidays required. Pay ranges from $10.70 to $16.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, condiments, and floor space. Serve guests beverages, breads, butter and replenish as needed; assist servers with food and beverage service. Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor. Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain supply. Perform side work such as replenishing condiments and restocking side stands. Handle special guest requests, greet and seat guests, and perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications No previous experience required. Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be available on weekends and holidays.
