Leasing/Admin Specialist

HLC Equity, under its Layers brand, is a growing Real Estate Management Company seeking an innovative and action-oriented Leasing/Admin Specialist for a two-property portfolio located in South Ft Worth and Grand Prairie. The role of the Leasing/Admin Specialist is to provide leasing and administrative support to the two properties: Republic Deer Creek Apartments (South Ft Worth) and Windscape Apartments (Grand Prairie). The Roving Leasing/Admin Specialist will apply these skills and practice a customer focused approach while supporting our existing communities. All about the People : Maintaining a positive and productive work environment for everyone. General Responsibilities Responsible for providing leasing/admin support as needed by performing leasing/admin duties at both properties. Leasing duties include, but are not limited to, lead generation, follow up, conducting property tours, closing prospects, and completing proper paperwork. Admin duties include, but are not limited to, developing, and maintaining a working knowledge of all area property's office systems, processes, and procedures to provide independent operational support when needed. Frequently walk the property(s) to inspect the tour corridor, common areas, and vacant apartments to ensure they present well to prospects, residents, and visitors. Maintain a strong understanding of the community(s) including the lease agreement, all property policies and procedures. Conduct all business in accordance with the company policy and legal compliance and procedures such as Fair Housing, Americans with Disability Act, Fair Credit Reporting, and general state and federal laws Perform other tasks typical of a Leasing Consultant Hospitality : Layers is much more than a portfolio of properties. We are a mix between space, community and hospitality. The Roving Leasing/Admin Specialist will provide exemplary customer service while supporting our DFW operations. Travel: Local DFW area travel is required for this position. It is expected that the Roving Leasing/Admin Specialist will regularly travel to the two properties.
