Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Team.

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Office/Sedentary

Travel Requirements : N/A.

Essential Functions:

• Work with Project Managers to process client billing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide backup documentation for invoices, i.e., expense receipts, timesheets, etc.
• Process and submit invoice adjustments with proper approval.
• Review third-party systems to ensure all invoices were submitted correctly and track invoice status.
• Apply client payments to invoices.
• Reconcile subcontractor invoices with timesheets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a professional office
• Working knowledge of MS Office Software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
• Attention to detail, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

Experience Preferred:

• Engineering firm experience
• Acumatica ERP experience
