Job Qualifications

The ideal Construction Project Manager in Dallas, Texas will bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a commercial Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Preferred background in multi-unit development, construction, or renovation within the restaurant, retail, or related sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of full life cycle commercial construction processes, including reading and interpreting blueprints
• Strong familiarity with quality assurance, health, and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, budgeting, and time-management skills
• Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities

As the Construction Project Manager in Dallas, Texas , you will:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including site buildouts, remodels, and renovations across multiple brand locations
• Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to define project specifications and secure required permits
• Negotiate vendor contracts, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Oversee equipment procurement and manage the scheduling and performance of contractors and on-site staff
• Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards throughout all phases of construction
• Resolve project issues promptly and decisively, minimizing delays and cost overruns
• Deliver high-quality work within established budgets, while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
