CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives.
Position Summary :
- We will train you!
- This is a Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays) position
- Answer calls
- schedule appointments & jobs
- collect payments
- input customer information & remote deposits
- Follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer Customer's calls and questions
- Respond to technicians' needs
- Schedule appointments for Inspectors/Technicians
- Works closely with all Managers to ensure open communication and outstanding customer service is delivered consistently.
- Document Accounts Receivables and follows up on outstanding invoices for collections.
- Other duties assigned

Requirements:Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Graduate.
- Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers.
- Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction..
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work and ready to learn.
