Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Provide training, including safety training and standard operation procedures to all department personnel as directed by management. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team. Lead shift management activities, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively during peak hours. Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership skills. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Requirements Two years of college or vocational training in Hospitality or an equivalent program with a minimum of three years experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity.
